ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE UPCOMING CHANGES

As a result of new UB-04 form implementation please be informed about few AR interface and screen changes in our system.

Insurer Setup Changes

Accounts Receivable -> Company File Maintenance -> Insurers

Details tab of each insurer now have new switch field called "Print UB-92 Form". You can choose what the printed form will be printed for each insurer.

This new field will be turned to "Yes" to provide you the same printed forms behavior. To change printed form format from UB-92 to UB-04 for selected insurer choose "No". To print UB-92 form select "Yes in this field.

Bill Wizard changes

Accounts Receivable -> Normal Processing -> Billing -> Bill Wizard

Print button will show form UB-04 or UB-92 depends of current "Print UB-92 Form" settings for the given insurer.

In the "Edit Claim" screen new "Creation Date" field added:

This field is This field is for UB-04 use only and will not be printed on UB-92 form

For all the existing old claimes this field will be blank.

For new created claims Creation Date default value is the current date.

Bill Wizard Interface changes:

According to customers requests we removed all the [Close] buttons except main page to prevent accidental Bill Wizard form closing.
